We have been operating in the Derby Region for over 38 years.

Ngunga began in the early 1980s with Ngunga Designs – a silk screen printing program.  Although Ngunga Designs is no longer a part of Ngunga, we have grown, acquiring government-funded programs to deliver and support Indigenous and local families.

Over the years Ngunga Group Womens Aboriginal Corporation has responded to the needs of the community. We are a dynamic organisation constantly changing and responding to the unmet needs of the local community. We operate Culture and Language programs, Playgroups including Mobile Playgroup, a Recycled Clothes Op Shop, Connected Beginnings, HIPPY and Financial Services Program. Ngunga Women’s Group are always on the lookout for any business opportunities and are constantly developing enterprise opportunities for our local Indigenous community.
